I just want to let you know that Sonal at the Walmart store on Lafayette road is AWESOME! She was probably the 2nd person that arched my brows and I have never went to anyone else after that. She was very kind and gentle, as the threading technique was still new to me. She was patient. Now when I go in I feel like a friend. It is a personal service as she knows me by name. She gives great customer service. She appears to be a leader at that store and I know why. Thanks Sonal!

Just to let you know… My experience at your place of business has been nothing short of pleasant. Your Christina, Kruti and Mital are all very professional, and I have to say that I have been to MANY upscale salons in my lifetime, and Christina provides a manicure that cannot be mirrored by any. Kruti’s customer service skills stand out so much so that it is just such a pleasant change by comparison to a lot of service oriented businesses today. Mital threaded my eyebrows (which I have never had done before). The service was excellent and I was very favorably impressed, and will continue to get this service. You should be most complimented for the level of professionalism that your salon offers. Keep up the good work!!!
