To whom this may concern, I have had some very bad experiences with my eyebrows over the years and when my preferred lady moved out of town, I was very worried about finding someone who could compare. I would like to say Sonal has exceeded my expectations. Every time I come in she knows me by my first name without looking at the computer she always makes sure I am completely satisfied before she lets me leave. I am very happy to say she is the ONE and ONLY person I let touch my brows and I would be very sad to see her leave!

My name is Tiffany and I started going to the Lafayette Road location over a year ago, and I get my eyebrows threaded regularly. I would like to comment on Sonal at the Lafayette location, she has been doing my threading for over a year and I purposely go to see her even though I have moved closer to the Keystone location. She always makes sure that I am a satisfied customer and that she greets me even when she sees me walking into to shop. She is a great asset to Seva and the reason why I continue to come back!
